Shipping Policy

All stock items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days, via Royal Mail. For international orders, shipping methods depend on the destination country.

For items that are made to order, please refer to the product description for the delivery timescale. Please get in touch if you have any questions, specific deadlines, or concerns regarding your bespoke order.

If there is likely to be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will send you an email so we can discuss the options.

Orders can be collected from Jo Pond, this can be arranged via email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Jo Pond is not responsible for customs and taxes which may be applied to your order once shipped. All these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Jo Pond is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We advise that you take photographs of your damaged parcel and retain all the packaging, to support your claim.
